Ballet de l’Opéra de Paris is the ballet ensemble of the Paris Opera. It is located in Paris’ Palais Garnier and consists of 154 dancers in total – with twenty first solo dancers (étoiles) and fourteen first dancers (premiers danseurs), nearly all of whom trained at the company’s own ballet school École de Danse de l’Opéra in Nanterre outside of Paris.
